About the event
With the guidance of a licensed therapist and support from peers, youth are able to share their feelings and learn healthy coping skills and how to better regulate emotions.
GROUPS WILL SPEND TIME:
Connecting and processing feelings in a safe place
Working with horses to learn how to build safety, regulate emotions, and improve relationship skills
Engaging in creative expression opportunities
